Little admin point; I've changed 'Stuff I Found' to 'What's Out There'. It's a little insincere to pass on the recommendations of folks as my own, so this should hopefully move things in the right direction.
In other news, a chance visit to my old emails directed me to the Wayback Machine, which directed me to my old writing, which I have since recovered for posterity. I've been writing for... twenty-ish years now, so looking back at the oldest surviving record of my writing is. Uh. Interest.
It's cringe. It's massively cringe. BUT. Cringe is important. I struggle with cringe these days, and so countenancing this feels important.
This has also got me thinking about how I want to further carve out a bit of the internet for me, which got me thinking about Geocities, and Neocities more specifically. Folks on Bluesky have been talking about MyOshi, which looks like an attempt to recreate MySpace, but the idea of building my own full-blooded website is appealing.
Hmm.
We'll see. Whatever I make will link back to here, for sure.
