Yesterday was rough, and it meant that I didn't do the writing I was booked in to do that night, so today was clambering back onto the wagon.
A habit you can restart is more valuable than one you drop after the first stumble. What this did teach me is that I have a... not a failsafe, but a contingency, I suppose is the most accurate phrase.
Basically, booked writing is in my calendar. If I don't do it, it goes into my little agenda book, sort of a "No, you really need to get this done" nudge. And it worked. So, onwards!
